OSticket configuration problem.

Recently, we had problem with osticket software not being able to send ticket responses to our customers. Spent lot of time trying to figureout the problem, like updating the software, etc. However, it was found that the server email server had been treating some of the outgoing messages as spam, and deleting them.

So, we are now using SMTP with authentication as the mechanism to send email messages using osticket. Now, the system is working properly.

Hint: Sendmail may have some problem with spam detector. Using SMTP with authentication is a better choice while configuring osticket.
