1. VPS.net - The plan starts at $20. Cpanel provided.
2. Rackspacecloud.com - They provide cloud hosting. But plans are more expensive. For simple websites they suggest liquid squb.com
3. http://vexxhost.com - Plans start at 11.78$ (for 3 years?) with 4 IPs, Cpanel, up to 2TB BW,
