Title: Windows 8.1 - "Start Exam" does not work in Juniper Netsim

Question:
The test says loading the full version after it was activated. All of the buttons on the display works EXCEPT for START EXAM. When "Start Exam" button is clicked, it flashes and goes off the screen.

System Configuration: Windows 8.1, 64 bit, 4 meg ram


Solution:
--> Right click on the installed program then "run as admin"
--> run the program in compatibility mode
