NTS to Conduct NEET for Engineering Seats in Jan 2018

National Testing Service will be responsible to conduct NEET for engineering seats in Jan 2018 as per the article published in news papers. As per the article, 60% of the students passing out of the engineering colleges are not employable.
NTS will be conducting nationalwide exam, and this would be the only exam for all the engineering seats and the paper will be set by IITs. NTS will only be conducting the exam, and it is completely computer based.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has also set broad targets for raising the standards of technical education. Currently the employability of the students coming out of the colleges is only 40%. AICTE intends to raise the employability to 60%. It also intends to ensure that 75% of the students get industry exposure in the form of summer internships.
